Toya Demetrice Washington, age 52, of Elgin, IL, passed away on August 23, 2025. She was born August 7, 1973 in Cairo, IL to her loving parents, Paul Joy and Valerie Copeland.
Visitation will be 10:00am until funeral service at 11:00am, Friday, September 5, 2025, at St. James AME Church, 1100 Summit Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Pastor Ward will be officiating.
Interment to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park, 30W730 U.S. Hwy. 20, Elgin, IL 60120.
