Suenming Lee, age 62, of Chicago, IL, passed away on May 30, 2023. He was born November 17, 1960 in Hong Kong to his loving parents, 李烈球 and 羅麗萍.

Suenming grew up in Hong Kong, then moved to the United States. He worked for many years before retiring in 2015.

Suenming and his wife Waikuen were married for 32 years, and together raised two children.

Suenming was humble, hardworking, and caring. He was very traditional and family oriented, and was always thinking about and planning for the future. He enjoyed reading books and collecting antiques, and liked to explore different places.

Suenming was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Waikuen Liu Lee; children, Kawing Lee and Kacheong Lee; and siblings, Yuming Lee, Yeeming Tam Lee, and Wanming Lee.

A memorial will be held from 10:00am to 12:00pm, Friday, June 30, 2023 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120.
