Roosevelt Dwayne Williams, age 46, of Elgin, IL, passed away on April 1, 2023. He was born June 26, 1976 in Elgin, IL to his loving parents, Roosevelt and Lena (née Smith) Williams.

Visitation will be 10:00am until funeral service at 11:00am, Saturday, April 22, 2023 at St. James AME Church, 1100 Summit Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Rev. Clinton E. Ward III will be officiating.

Interment will be private.
