Robert Alvin Krich, age 80, of Elgin, IL, passed away on January 7, 2024. He was born March 2, 1943 in Elgin, IL to his loving parents, Alvin and Lillymarie (née Buhrow) Krich.

Robert graduated from Larkin High School. He served in the United States Army, then worked in transportation until he retired in 2022.

Robert had the love of Christ, and was always strong, active, and outgoing. He was very funny and enjoyed cracking jokes with people. And he was also very caring, always asking others if they were doing well. He loved staying busy, and especially enjoyed messing around with cars, and building them. When he was a young boy, he enjoyed bowling, swimming, and going to car shows with his friends and family. Every day was a unique moment with him

Robert is survived by his wife, Debbie George; children, Dylan, Priscilla, Tom, Calvin, Vinnie, and Justin Krich; and brother, Dave Krich.

Interment will be private.
