Reina Adilene Quinones Obituary

Reina Adilene Quinones, age 37, of Carpentersville, IL, passed away on March 29, 2026. She was born April 30, 1988 in Denver, CO to her loving mother, Maria Albarran.

Reina will be remembered as a vibrant, kind-hearted soul whose warmth and spirit touched everyone she met. She had a natural gift for connecting with people, something she shared daily through her work at Vohra Tax & Accounting, where she enjoyed meeting new faces and building meaningful relationships.

Known for her positivity and tireless work ethic, Reina approached life with determination and grace. She was the kind of person who lifted others up simply by being herself—kind, genuine, and full of light. She never worried about what others thought, choosing instead to live authentically and joyfully.

Reina was deeply creative and expressive. She found happiness in art, crafts, writing, and poetry, and she loved bringing ideas to life with her hands and heart. She was also a talented cook, always eager to try new things and share them with those she loved. Whether she was swimming, tending to her plants, or capturing moments through photography, she embraced life with curiosity and enthusiasm.

She had a playful and charismatic sense of humor that made even ordinary moments unforgettable. One cherished memory captures her spirit perfectly: while driving with her children, a song came on that mentioned “twerking,” and Reina, without hesitation, started dancing in her seat. When one of her sons looked at her in surprise, she paused, met his gaze, and then continued dancing—completely unbothered and full of joy. It was a moment of laughter, love, and pure Reina.

Above all, Reina was a devoted and loving mother. She created meaningful memories with her children—crocheting a bear for her son, teaching one how to plant, and guiding another as he learned to drive. These moments, filled with patience and love, are lasting gifts that will continue to grow in their hearts.

She also found simple joys in life, like enjoying watermelon and chocolate—small pleasures that reflected her ability to savor each day.

Reina’s life was one of creativity, strength, humor, and love. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, resilience, and unforgettable moments. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Reina is survived by her children, Christopher Quinones, Elijah Howell-Quinones, and Isaiah Quinones; mother, Maria Albarran; and siblings, Gustavo Quinones and Isela Dominguez.
