Milagros Rivera, age 63, of Elgin, IL, passed away on January 31, 2025. She was born November 23, 1961 in Aguadilla, PR to her loving parents, Francisco Rivera and Isabel Torres.
Visitation will be 5:00pm until funeral service at 7:15pm, Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Puerta de Sión, 19 Center Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Pastor Gustavo Garcia will be officiating.
Interment will be private.
