Matthew Fred Ehrenberg, age 68, of South Elgin, IL, passed away on August 29, 2024. He was born October 6, 1955 in Chicago, IL to his loving parents, Milton and Rita (née Weiss) Ehrenberg.

Matthew enjoyed riding his bike all over town.  He was fascinated by tornadoes and Al Capone.

Matthew was preceded in death by his father, Milton Ehrenberg.  He is survived by his mother, Rita Ehrenberg; and siblings, Mary Radochonski and Andrew Ehrenberg.

A memorial will be held from 3:00pm until funeral service at 4:30pm, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Fr. Robert Camacho will be officiating.

Interment will be private.
