John Fieder, age 73, of South Elgin, IL, passed away on March 27, 2026. He was born June 7, 1952 in Austria to his caring parents, Johann and Maria (née Lang) Fieder.
John will be remembered the deep love he had for his family. He cherished every moment spent with them, and his care and devotion were evident in the way he lived his life each day.
He found joy in simple pleasures and meaningful connections. Whether he was out fishing, enjoying the quiet and patience it brings, or DJing at gatherings, bringing people together through music and laughter, John had a way of creating moments others would remember.
John is survived by his lovely wife of 53 years, Linda; and sisters, Helga, Ria, and Cathy. He will also be missed by his three furry babies (cats), Misty, Patches, and Kizzy.
Interment will be private.
