Isaias Chagoya Obituary

Isaias Chagoya, age 70, of Elgin, IL, passed away on March 20, 2024. He was born July 6, 1953 in Guanajuato, Mexico to his loving parents, Andres Chagolla Mendez and Maria Natividad Rodriguez Aranda.


Isaias was an auto mechanic. He had a strong work ethic, and was also strong willed. He loved to make jokes. He loved to go on walks, work in his garden, tell life stories, and read the Bible. He cared about children, and loved spending time with his grandkids.


Isaias is survived by his wife, Maria Del Rocio Rodriguez; children, Maricarmen, Nancy, Carlos, Sandra, Juan, and Juana; and 12 grandchildren.


Interment will be at Pantheon Arperos de la Comunidad de Arperos, Guanajuato, Mexico.
