Fernando Perez Torres, age 50, of Elgin, IL, passed away on January 28, 2023. He was born October 27, 1972 in Mexico to his loving parents, Fernando Perez Garcia and Olga Torres Mosqueda.
Visitation will be 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday, February 3, 2023 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120.
