Obituary
Dorothy J. Martinak, age 79, of Elgin, IL, passed away at home, with her husband of 59 years, Daniel, by her side, on November 19, 2022. She was born January 9, 1943 in Charleroi, PA to her loving parents, William and Carol (née Check) Lynch.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Martinak; daughters, Kristin (Robert) Martinak Cooke and Heather (Scott) Martinak McConnaughay; siblings, William T. Lynch, Jeffrey Lynch, and Karen Lynch Mondrall; grandchildren, Alex McConnaughay Hogan, Austin McConnaughay, Madelyn McConnaughay, Jensen Muntz, and Jordan Muntz; and great-grandchildren, Tanner Hogan and Reese Hogan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11N254 Russell Road, Elgin, IL 60124. Interment will be private.
