Yolanda Hernandez, age 65, of Elgin, IL, passed away on February 10, 2022. She was born April 29, 1956 in Cupichapio, Guanajuato, Mexico to her loving parents, Ernesto Gomez and Ramona Alvarez.


Visitation will be 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with funeral service at 7:00pm, Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Pastor Andres Marin will be officiating.


Mourners are encouraged to review the funeral home COVID-19 public health policies ahead of time.


Interment will be in Mexico.
