Xjavier Daniel Ramirez, age 27, of South Elgin, IL, passed away on July 17, 2023.  He was born January 2, 1996 in Elgin, IL to his loving parents, Ronaldo Gonzalez and Maria Ramirez.

Xjavier was born and raised in Elgin. He had a passion for hair dressing, studied cosmetology, and later worked as a self-employed cosmetologist. He loved serving his clients with a smile.

Loved ones will remember Xjavier as happy, with a loud laugh, and always smiling. He loved to debate, enjoyed trying new things, and jokingly using fancy words even though he did not know their meaning. He wasn't afraid to express himself.

In his free time, Xjavier enjoyed drawing and art, painting, singing, and being a foodie.

Xjavier is survived by his loving mother, Maria; siblings, Vivica, Trinity, Alicia Ramírez, Arman, and Angelica Gonzalez; nephew, Angel; cousins, Grayson Ramirez, Isabel and Olivia Scholle, and Brianne and Louis Okayama.

Visitation will be 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120.

Visitation will continue 9:00am until funeral service at 10:30am, Friday, July 28, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 397 Fulton St, Elgin IL 60120. Father Bruce Ludeke will be officiating.

Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1001 Villa Street, Elgin, IL 60120.
