Susan Margaret Prinke, age 72, of Elgin, IL, passed away on June 9, 2024. She was born September 12, 1951 in Chicago, IL to her loving parents, Manuel Banakis and Ruth Reiss.


Margaret graduated from University of Wisconsin with a bachelor of science degree in 1973. She and her husband, Scott, were married 49 years, and together they raised two children.


Margaret is survived by her husband, John Scott Prinke; children, Dr. Amanda Margaret (Robin Blair) Prinke and Michael Scott Prinke; Uncle Paul and Aunt Peggy Prinke; and nieces, Kristen and Kelly.


Interment will be private.
