Jose Angelito Villalva Obituary

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Tiffany Dayan Angelito y Abraham Maganda; hermanos, Tomás, Josafat, Evelia, Virginia, Octavio, María de Jesús, Miguel Ángel, Fernanda, Paula, Juan, Antonio y Mariana Angelito; nietos, Damián Abraham Vallejo y Fernando Ruiz; tíos y tías, Teodoro, Epifiano, Anastacio, Andrés, Blaudifia, María, Aldegonda y Josefina; y sobrinas y sobrinos, Heidy Cruz, Jasmine Schambach, Christian Schambach, Nicolas Schambach y Yadira Angelito.

Jose Fernando Angelito Villalva, age 49, of Hanover Park, IL, passed away on February 15, 2026. He was born May 30, 1976 in Mexico to his loving parents, Guadencio Angelito Sanchez and Leodegaria Villalva Guillen.

Jose earned his master’s degree in 1992, a reflection of the intelligence and determination that defined his life. He built a respected career as a machine technician, becoming so skilled and dependable that coworkers would call on him for help—even on days he wasn’t scheduled to work. He had the mind of an engineer, always analyzing, always figuring out how things worked. Whether it was a car, a piece of furniture, a light fixture, or just about anything else, Jose could fix it.

Though he was not a man of many words, those who knew Jose best understood exactly how he felt with just one look. His expressions said what words did not. He was caring, loving, funny, and deeply intelligent. Above all, he was a devoted father. His love for his children was unmatched—he sang to them in the car, danced with them in their old apartment, and cherished the simple joys of going out to the movies or sharing a meal together.

Jose loved life. He smiled through the good and the bad, facing every challenge with quiet strength. He was a fighter and fought courageously until the very end. He found joy in watching movies, playing video games—there was no game he couldn’t beat—and listening to his favorite bachata, hip hop, and R&B. Music filled his world, just as his love filled the hearts of those around him.

Kind, humble, and steady in his love, Jose cherished his family above all else. There was truly no love like his. He will be forever missed, never forgotten, and will remain always in the hearts and memories of those who loved him.

Jose was preceded in death by his parents; and Pablo Angelito, Matias Angelito, and Cirilo Angelito. He is survived by his children, Tiffany Dayan Angelito and Abraham Maganda; siblings, Tomas, Josafat, Evelia, Virginia, Octavio, Maria de Jesus, Miguel Angel, Fernanda, Paula, Juan, Antonio, and Mariana Angelito; grandchildren, Damien Abraham Vallejo and Fernando Ruiz; aunts and uncles, Teodoro, Epifiano, Anastacio, Andres, Blaudifia, Maria, Aldegonda, and Josefina; and nieces and nephews, Heidy Cruz, Jasmine Schambach, Christian Schambach, Nicolas Schambach, and Yadira Angelito.
