Jalen Jerome Phillips, age 4 months, of Elgin, IL, passed away on November 20, 2022.  He was born July 16, 2022 in Elgin, IL to his loving parents, Jerome Phillips and Akeena Lewis.

Funeral service will be 4:00pm, Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120.  Pr. Andrea Williams will be officiating.

Interment will be private.
