Jacqueline Wanda Bouska, age 81, of Naperville, IL, passed away on February 24, 2025. She was born March 8, 1943 in Chicago, IL to her loving parents, Edwin and Emily (née Kastro) Chrapla.

Jackie graduated from Lemont High School in Lemont, IL, Class of 1961. She was a homemaker, and also worked as a transporter for Loyola Hospital in Maywood, IL for over 11 years.

Jackie met her husband, Gerald, at the Sportsman Bar & Grill. They were happily married for over 41 years before his passing in 2007.

Jackie was the most caring person. She truly loved everyone, and always worried about others before herself. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Jackie enjoyed gardening, birdwatching, cooking, and eating. Most of all, she loved watching her four grandchildren grow up.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Linda Blaha; and loving husband, Gerald Bouska. She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Ann) Bouska and Doug (Dawn) Bouska; brother, Edwin (Sobie) Chrapla; grandchildren, Lillie Bouska (18), Jack Bouska (16), Luke Bouska (16), and Matthew Bouska (13); and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10:00am until funeral service at 11:00am, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120. Fr. Robert Camacho will be officiating.
