Isabella Grace Freese was born silent in her home on June 24, 2023. She is the treasured daughter of Scott and Nicole (née Avvisati) Freese.  Others mourning her loss include her siblings, Vincenzo and Jessica.

Isabella's birth was highly anticipated by her family and loved ones. While her mother only carried her a few short months, Isabella Grace will be loved for a lifetime.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:00am, Friday, July 14, 2023 at St. Walter Catholic Church, 130 W. Pine Street, Roselle, IL 60172.
