Glenn R. Blakemore, age 58, of Hoffman Estates, IL, passed away on October 18, 2024. He was born February 5, 1966 in Chicago, IL to his loving parents, Donald and Mary (née Moskal) Blakemore.

Glenn grew up in Schaumburg, graduating from Schaumburg High School, Class of 1984. He worked as a lithograph printer.

Glenn had a very dry sense of humor, and had mastered the fine art of telling a joke. He enjoyed cooking, and loved good food and good cheer. He loved music, wrote poetry, and was fascinated with history. He loved squirrels, and they loved him back.

Glenn was a good man, and a true and loyal friend.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Kathy. He is survived by his brothers, Mark and Andrew Blakemore; and nephews, Erik, Dylan, Van, and Ian.

Interment will be private.
