Crystal Michelle Zwarton

Crystal Michelle Zwarton, age 39, of Elgin, IL, passed away on September 23, 2022.  She was born February 2, 1983 in Park Ridge, IL to her loving parents, Michael Zwarton and Sharon Kay Rogers.

Crystal graduated from Bartlett High School, Class of 2001, and worked as a waitress.

Crystal had five children that she adored.  She enjoyed taking them to the park and to the movies, playing board games with them, and reading books to them.  She loved to cook, especially Mexican dishes, and she prepared home cooked meals every night for her family.

Crystal was very outgoing, and generous to a fault.  She always put others before herself, and was always willing to help others in need.

Crystal was preceded in death by her father, Michael Zwarton.  She is survived by her mother, Sharon Kay Rogers; children, Edward St. Michael Westenholtz, Timmy Westenholtz, Reyna Mancilla, Isabella Zwarton, and Gonzalo Rosa; siblings, John (Sharla) Rogers, Starla (Glenn Hanson) Zwarton, Joseph Zwarton, and Andrew (Kelsi Bartow) Zwarton; and nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Rogers, Ethan Rogers, Nathan Rogers, Natilyn Rogers, Anthony Janssen, Brianna Hanson, Cieanna Hanson, Dyson Hanson, Elianna Hanson, Faylianna Zwarton, Alyvia Zwarton, and Sophiyia Zwarton.

Visitation will be 1:00pm to 5:00pm, with funeral service at 3:30pm, Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120.  Rev. Tim Perry will be officiating.
