Gerson J. Buleje, age 27, of Elgin, passed away on December 27, 2020. He was born November 26, 1993 in Peru to his loving parents, Freddy E. Buleje and Milagros Llanos.

Gerson worked as a service manager at Berman Subaru of Chicago. He liked to take walks and play soccer. Loved ones will remember his friendly personality.

Gerson is survived by his parents; brother, Erick J. (Carmina) Llanos; sister; Emily I. Buleje; loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; and fiancée, Mina Iwas.

Visitation will be 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday, January 4, 2021 at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park Street, Elgin, IL 60120.

Mourners are encouraged to review the funeral home COVID-19 public health policies ahead of time. Face masks are required to enter the facility.

    I only recently met Gerson while he was working on my car.
    He went above and beyond to help me out.
