Catalina Ramirez Carranza, age 50, of Carpentersville, IL, passed away on September 15, 2021. She was born November 3, 1970 in Zamora, Michoacán, Mexico to her loving parents, Angel Ramirez and Amelia Carranza Verduzco.
Catalina and her husband, Agustin, were married for 36 wonderful years. Together they raised three children. She loved her family very much; she was the best wife, and a great mother to her children. She was a good friend to everyone she met.
Catalina was always very cheerful, full of life, and affectionate. She enjoyed being the kitchen, as well as playing with her grandchildren.
Catalina had the most contagious laugh, and a beautiful smile. She loved to dance and sing, and she didn’t care what others would say about her. Her favorite song was Mi Última Caravana. She loved the words and would sing it often.
Catalina is survived by her husband, Agustin Sepulveda; children, Maura Isela, Pancho, and Leticia; siblings, Manuel, Cristabal, Jose, Maria, and Maximiliano; and grandchildren, Kevin, America, Richard, Fidelito, Ruby, Crystel, and Tonito.
